This project which merges the splendid architecture of the 19th Century as it exists at the historical buildings inside the project with the comfort of the day, offers a matchless atmosphere and an extraordinary comfort, unlike any other project.  There are only a limited number of 23 loft flats at Fişekhane, which is 250 meters long.

Thanks to the restoration that was carried out with great labor without compromising from the historical texture, the lofts bring together the timber roof truss and the craftsmanship – which is regarded as an engineering wonder even today – with the modern interior decoration design.  Centuries old trees, maintained at their original sites, girdle the lofts with nature, a seaside quarter at the same time.

The lofts which are appropriate both for family life and for being used as a home office offer the flexibility for use thanks to their open plan system.  The mezzanine at the top has a master bedroom and bathroom, and an open kitchen and hall at the entrance floor. And at the downstairs, there are rooms which can be arranged as kids room or guest rooms as well as a servant’s room.
